After her mother's mysterious death, Nica begins to suspect that the talking, red-haired doll her visiting niece has been playing with may be the key to recent bloodshed and chaos.

Time: 97min
Genre: Horror, Thriller, Crime

My Rating: 4.5/5

If you didn't know, these movies are about this doll who has been possessed by the spirit of a serial killer named Charles Lee Ray. Because his spirit is trapped in this doll, he uses it to his advantage and starts to go on a killing spree, but he always seems to stick with this one person throughout each movie, he does this because he wants to use them to put his soul into.

I grew up watching various Chucky movies such as, 'Child's Play 1,2,3', 'Bride of Chucky' and 'Seed of Chucky' but I feel that as the movies progressed, they seemed to get worse, and more of comidies than horror movies. This movie, however was probably the scariest in my opinion. Just the look of Chucky in this movie was enough to creep me out. This movie, by far, was the best Chucky movie out of all of the movies made in my opinion, it had enough of a creepy feeling to keep the suspence.
I deffinately would recommend this Chucky movie if you're going to watch one for the first time because the ending explains Chucky's whole story. It'd make sense to put this movie before the others, I don't believe you need to watch all of the movies leading up to this one to understand what's going on, this movie does it for you.
